Customer Service at Desk : Slight queue's at check in but that's to be expected at a busy airport. Once we reached the desk the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Quality of Vehicle : Very clean, the actual vehicle matched the spec we had ordered.
Value for Money : By renting for three days we got one day FREE so that's fantastic value.
Advantages : Save money by renting for three days and getting one FREE. The car was of an excellent standard.
Disadvantages : Queue at check in but that's me being picky.
Recommend to potential buyers : Yes. I recommended them to my brother who has used them already!

There is a lot of choice out there when you want to rent a car but after comparing the offers on your site I plumped for Thrifty Car Rentals as we wanted a car for four days and they were running a buy three days get one FREE* - perfect!

We ordered a Mitsubishi Outlander which was a great ride and the air conditioning was of course very welcome. We also decided to pay for our petrol at the start of the journey rather than returning the car full as I know how difficult it is to get our lot to the airport on time and fill up the car! All in all an excellent customer experience and I will definitely rent a car from Thrifty on our next vacation.
